In 2004 Mr. Kos founded and managed the luxury destination club, Solstice, which acquired and built 15 ultra high-end luxury properties around the world (Florence, Aspen, Napa, Paris, Brazil, St. Barth, Telluride, Cabo St.Lucas, Switzerland, New York, etc.). He pioneered the concept of a high-end ownership club and attracted more than a hundred members, investing in aggregate upwards of $80 million. Solstice received numerous accolades including being voted Best of the Best by The Robb Report and Business Britain for three consecutive years.

Work experience and expertise is in contract and commercial trade agreements including litigation, as well as international Real Estate property transactions, business acquisitions and International Tax Law. Advised companies with respect to complex corporate & commercial transactions and exposure to litigation, (including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign alliances and financing/financial operations strategies). Registered with the A.R.D.C. of the Supreme Court of Illinois.
